The simplest way is to invoke a running TC is by a command line as follows:
%COMMANDER_EXE% /o /a /s path_to_your_file
Windows 11 Home x64 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3447)
TC 11.03 x64 / x86
Everything 1.5.0.1371a (x64), Everything Toolbar 1.3.3, Listary Pro 6.3.0.73

In addition you can send a cm_xxxx command with its corresponding number.

Autohotkey example:
SendMessage, 1075, 559, , , ahk_class TTOTAL_CMD ;cm_OpenTransferManager

For other cm_xxxx commands see TOTALCMD.INC file.
