how to get versions of currently installed Lister plugins?

Post by *zonkius »

Hello Plugin Developers,
I use some lister plugins. When I found some announcements for new versions I try to look for my currently installed version...

Is there a way to find it out? (currently I compare the .dll .wlx files ...)

Or are there plans to create a "about" screen for the lister plugins?

In lister topline the pluginname I found in "()", perhaps here the version could be added?

Another good place for the versions would be the dialog:
Lister->Option -> configure -> LS-Plugins
Some of the plugins offers an own config dialog under Lister->option. But now all.

You can look at the Version tab in standard Properties dialog for plugin's file but unfortunately not all plugin authors add it.
