Fabio, how do you think, would it be really possible to look for the text on the page, not in the HTML code
I'm gonna try it.

Here is another one I can't seem to get to work:

Registry|http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm#filesys|>Registry</|<br>|</|1.5

I looked at the source and from what I can tell, this *should* work. All of the other queries I have set up for this page work and they are all basically identical.

I also had the same problem with it but... I've got it :-)
Try this:

Code: Select all

Registry|http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm#filesys|Registry</|<br>|</|1.5
There seems to be end of line char between ">" and "Registry" and that's why it doesn't work.

Fabio, IMO it would be good to ignore it, what do you think about it?

Another reason to remove all tags/etc. and do a plain text search.

I made a little update to the .list files to prevent 'UNKNOWN' results.

I was playing around with Versions and it seems to work very well

All I wonder is, is it possible to add sections to the result list? I tried with just filling one word on a line but it gives me an empty result.

Is it possible? If so how, if not is it feasible to implement?

Thx

My list was working just fine, then something changed. I tried several things to fix it, but I haven't succeeded. Here are the problem queries:

Catalog|http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm#filesys|>Catalog</|<br>|</|2.1

FileInfo|http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm#filesys|> Fileinfo<|version: <B> |</B>|1.9

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Robin, here are the right quotes:
Catalog|http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm|Catalog|<strong><br>|</strong>|
FileInfo|http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm|fileinfo|<strong><br>|</strong>|

You can fill in the versions yourself or have Versions do it for you.

I have written a PHP script that will generate lists for Versions of the Club Total website. Can anyone recommend a place to host it?

Cheers,

Send it to me at fabio@chelly.net
I'll place it with my versions plugin.

Well, you can divide your searches using different search lists. Isn't it enough?
Or - as you've already tried - get empty lines as separators, it works fine if you have files unsorted (Ctrl+F7).

Have you copied exactly the string?
I've just tried it and... it works.

I must have done something wrong because I just cut and pasted it in again and now it works.

Well, that is a way of doing it but I would have to open a number of files to get a complete list. All in one would be cool :P
