[Cosmetic] Enlarge static field in Background Copy/Move

Here is the screenshot made when locating the static text field with Spy++:

You can see that it is a bit shorter than the window itself. In Russian language when moving files this line becomes too long and is cut by the edge of this control (the words "Remaning/Moving" are very long in Russian). I think, it could be widened as there is some free space to the right.
