The fact that you are using a "state of the art" PC does not mean the rest of the world is able to pay for it too !

Worrying about "poor" users not being able to afford hardware and a decent OS is nothing but a bad excuse.

Windows 95 is dead. The only relevant operating system of the old WinDOS line developers should worry about – if they haven't chosen to drop it completely – is Windows 98 SE. It's a nice OS that has every right to be still used even in 2007, even if only for playing some old games.

that was a cool one. When it did hapen I stood still for 5 seconds with a WTF expression on my face thinking I still haven't seen it all .
