[REQ] Drag&Drop URL from Firefox creates lowercase *.url

When dragging an URL from Firefox to TC, the resulting URL file has an UPPERCASE extension. UPPERCASE extensions are a relict from the 8.3 times, they should be avoided.

Update:
Seems to be a Firefox problem as URLs dropped from IE create lowercase extensions. Anyway, maybe the extension can be fixed nevertheless... If it's too much effort, move to "will not be changed", no prob.
