The data: A file with some east asian characters in the name and a long extension. The extension was perfectly ordinary and Windows should have recognized it. I pressed enter.
Result: Windows comes up saying it doesn't know how to run the file. The problem was that it had been shortened to 8.3 format, thus truncating the extension.

This problem is by design at present because TCmd uses 8.3 filenames for unicode filenames internally. Probably it will be solved with a complete unicode support.
