FTP transfer gets stuck after 255 files of 1.00 MB

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

In Port mode, you get connections coming in from the outside. Some firewalls block specific ports which are often used by troyans/worms. If the ftp client hits one of these ports, then the firewall will simply block the connection without notice...
