FTP hangs when remote file is in use

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

FTP hangs when remote file is in use

Using FileZilla FTP server and TC 7.02.

I tried to copy a file that was in use on the server (Miranda .dat file).
The BTM displays "550 can't access file" and is very unresponsive.

Another FTP client just skipped the file.
TC 6.56 displays an error message.
TC for Linux please!

I'm also using FileZilla Server (ver.0.9.23 beta) and there's an option in "Admin Interface", where You can choose between sharing used/opened files or not... Maybe this is the reason?
