Overlay icons not shown for Tortoise SVN

When using Vista, Tortoise SVN overlay icons are not shown under the following conditions:
* UAC is enabled
* TC is being run as Administrator

This happens even though Explorer does show the overlays and even though TC shows overlays for Tortoise CVS.

Unfortunately I have no influence on it, sorry. See my reply in the other thread for a possible solution.
