touch friendly TC

Post by *alrescha »

i hope you'll make a new version of TC for touch technology.
i'm telling this because new version of windows mobile is on its way as well as windows 7 which is also touch friendly.

more and more people are having smart phones with touch screens and i think you should concentrate some of your energy to that market as well.

i know that you have a version of TC for smartphones and similar devices, but it's initially designed for stylus, not finger(s).

your product for windows os is great and i would realy be dissapointed if you think that smartphone market is not as important as pc market.
it is the future of computing and today of our everyday life and i think that you should be the very part of it!

nimbus,
No reason to make TC touch friendly, since it makes no sense to make it a limited Modern UI app with very limited access to the file system.

Actually the next version will be much more touch friendly (but not a modern UI app). For example, you will be able to just tap on the icons to select files, just like on Android. Also long taps will finally work. I have a few more functions to add before I start the public beta test, though. Once the beta test has started I will get so many bug reports that I will not have one free minute to add anything new...
