AmpView 3.3 Beta 1 crashes with Japanese path names

As per the subject. AmpView 3.3 Beta 1 will crash if the file name contains Japanese characters, or if the path contains Japanese characters. The 3.2 series does not do this, but older versions are VERY hard to find (I had to get some very shady TC pack from somewhere that included it).

I know, this bug in new version. I fix it in next relise.

PS. I don't know, when relised new version - now I dont' have the time for this
