CD %COMMANDER_PATH%\Tweak Cann't Work in ButtonBar

i added a icon in the buttonbar(eg:tweaktc.exe), this program is in Totalcmd's subdirectory(c:\totalcmd\tweak), so this work path i changed to %COMMANDER_PATH%\tweak(=c:\totalcmd\tweak).

when i press mouse right button then choose "cd %COMMANDER_PATH%\tweak", why it doesn't work?
