please give rar and zip files different icons

If I look in a folder that contains a mixture of zip and rar files - they all look the same, it would be better to be able to visually distinguish

Just create the search, save it, and then assign it to some color filter. So, any archive type can have its own color.

Thanks for reminding me about that, i had already set up .exe files to be red, well
not the exe file itself of course just the text below it. At least this is a slight improvement having different coloured text below it, not really good enough though! no I'm not satisfied!

well often I do especially in this particular folder, but I see what you mean it does make it easier to distinguish in non thumbnail view.
Still - to NOT be able to do something in TC, That can be done in windows explorer!
