BTM improvement
In BTM, if a large file is being copied, after a while instead of displaying the name of the file, TC displays the transfer rate. It would be very convenient if it also displayed the name of the file as a tooltip on the transfer rate label.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.
