[x64] Del on a UNC path folder

Post by *jvalks »

When I go the my network share using UNC path (\\systemname\files) and I want to remove a folder pressing the DEL key, TC closes.

Hello, jvalks.

Cannot reproduce the reported problem on
+ Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)
+ Total Commander 8.0 beta1 64-bit

Therefore, I would not be amazed if in your case a faulty shell extension might to be blamed. You might use Nir Sofer's shellexview in order to find out.

Kind regards,
Karl

Yes, you're right. It was something in the .ini. I started with a clean .ini and it works now.. thanks!

Do you still have the old ini? If yes, please send it to beta at ghisler dot com, so I can try to reproduce the error.

I sure do! I just sent it to the beta address... I can reproduce it by replacing the old .ini file...
