Renaming each file into it's own folder?

I have a bunch of movie files I'd like to move into a separate folder based on the name of the movie.
Example:
movie1.avi -> movie1\movie1.avi
movie2.avi -> movie2\movie2.avi
movie3.avi -> movie3\movie3.avi

The multi-rename tool would solve this if it had a single 'directory' separator.

Any tips?

Searching for "rename" gave too many results.

AFAIK its a feature of the upcomming TC 8. (currently beta)
