View full file name

How can I have TC show the full name of a file as a comment when the name is too long for the field? Explorer will show file data when the mouse hovers over the name, and when the name is partly covered, will also show the name.

Look at menu
Configuration - Options - Display - Show filename in file list as tooltip if truncated
