Is new license required for TC 8.0?

I have license for TC 7.5. Since there is 64bit version of 8.0 I've installed it.
Everything works fine and all the settings were migrated, but it says 'not registred'.
Will be there a new licese for 8.0? Is it possible to buy upgrade?

No, the old license is still valid.

You just have to copy your license file (WINCMD.KEY) to the TC installation directory.

I thought that license key is also in AppData directory.
