batch syncronize folders?

Hi guys... can anyone give me some tips or help me with doing some batch syncronize of folders ?

For example I want to sync using HDD folders from different locations as master (asymmetrical sync) to an external HDD. It involves about 5 to 18 folder "pairs" depending on the batch job.

I dont know anything about programming or scripting.
Can it be done with TC? I am using 8 beta 13

Consider a command-line program like xxcopy that can be used in a batch file. You don't have to be a programmer to figure out batch files.
