"Send to desktop as shortcut" icon

I was able to "send to the desktop" an icon which will send a file to the desktop when dropped on it.

"C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\SendTo\Desktop (create shortcut)"

Now I'd like to replicate it on the TC toolbar. When I copy the properties into a new icon the icon won't work and gives an error comment. Of course, the desktop icon gives an error when clicked, but works fine when a file is dropped.
