TC 8.0b15x32 - minimize to system tray

Post by *justkidn »

In this version (Beta 15) when I minimize TC it goes to the system tray like it should.
However, it also minimizes to the taskbar as well.

I do have the option checked in the configuration, to minimize to system tray.
I have had it this way for many years.

This is the first time (in released, or Beta versions) I've seen this behavior.

It works right concerning the system tray!
It just doesn't remove it from the taskbar. So it appears in BOTH places.

This is not a big deal, but I thought you'd like to know.

Thanks again for the BEST file manager out there!

Cannot confirm this for beta 15
Tested both x86 and x64 under W7 x64.

Update:
Also tested the x86 version under XP SP3, works fine.

OK, must have been a hick-up on my system.

Closed TC and reopened it and now all is fine!

FYI: this was the first time I opened TC beta 15 - so maybe there was something with that.

Anyway it's all good now.

Thanks!

Hello, Christian.

Should this thread not be moved to the "Fixed Bugs" section? After all the O.P. can no longer reproduce the reported behaviour. It seems to have been a one time mystery.

Kind regards,
Karl
