F4 edit file in archive inconsistent and a focus bug

press F4 to call editor to open a file in a ZIP in TC is very annoying:

1. First you have to confirm unpack it to temp folder everytime.

2. If setting a external editor other than windows' notepad, a modal dialog is prompt, saying : " Click on Close when the temporary file can be deleted"

3. With the modal dialog in 2 and TC in background., click TC window won't get focus, but only the TC icon in taskbar or the prompt.

Really annoying when tweaking some pack file... hope it can improve to click less.

Test with Win7 64bit and TC 8.0 b22

When I edit a file from an archive with already running editor, another editor's instance closes immediately so TC can't know when it needs to repack file. So it shows modal dialog. However this dialog has button 'Background' which sends dialog to background and allows to work in TC. After sending dialog to background there are two buttons in the taskbar: TC button and background dialog button. If I click TC button, TC becomes active.

2. This happens with multiple document editors when the editor is already running. In this case, Windows doesn't tell when the file is no longer needed, so the user has to decide it. Maybe you can configure the edtior to open a new window for each file.
