[8.0ß23 x64] TC stays in foreground after loosing focus

There is not much to add to the title: Every time TC looses the focus, it stays in foreground and I have to minimize it manually. This is new in Beta 23.

If this is a something, that can be configured, please tell me where. But I didn't change anything between Beta 22 and 23.

I do not understand the problem - how is TC losing the focus? If you just alt+tab to some other program, TC shouldn't minimize...

Sorry for not making it as clear as necessary.
TC should not minimize, but the program I set the focus on should be in the foreground. Right now, TC looses the focus BUT stays in the foreground (but has no focus). For example when I Alt+Tab to another Program.

Ok, just closed and opened TC. It's working again. Shame on me!

If this behavior does come back, I report back here.

Sounds like TC had somehow become "always on top"...
