drag and drop from outside TC does not work

I have tc 7.56a. W7 32bits. When I try to drag and drop a file from my desktop (for example, it's the same from anywhere else) directly into a tc windows I get the "stop" or "no parking" sign. The other way around works fine. Any idea ?

I guess, you are running your TC with admin privileges. The problem is that Windows limits the way how non-privileged applications (like Explorer and everything you start from it) can communicate with the privileged ones.
It's a "feature" of Windows and applies to all applications, not just TC. So either stop using TC as admin or bear with it. Sorry.
