Delete Confirmation in TC method

Do it is possible to avoid the Confirmation warning before of delete a file when "Use Explorer delete method" is unchecked?

No, because there is no official reliable way to determine whether a delete operation will go to recycle bin or not. The Explorer method only turns off the warning when the files go to recycle bin for sure.
