How can I get TC ver.8 (and up) 32 and 64 bit versions to run portably from one USB stick? Will there be two executables, or will there be one executable that determines which to use?

Tc8 x32 and x64 come in separate packages, but can be installed (or extracted) in the same folder. So there are two executables, and it is up to you to choose the correct one, depending on target OS or plugin use.
If you put UseIniInProgramDir=7 in configuration section in wincmd.ini, the ini remains in the tc folder, which is very useful for portability purposes.
