Lister image zoom out

Post by *janpolet »

Hi,

I really like version 8's new feature to preview images with F3.
I have a lot of large images and Lister only shows a small part of them.
Is there a way to zoom out, or even better, a 'fit on page' setting for larger images?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Best Regards,

Jan

I have looked at 'Configure lister'.
I've also looked in help 'The internal file lister (F3)', but I don't seem to be able to find what I need.
Am I overlooking anything?

The following three options are listed just above Configure:

Code: Select all

Fit image to windows F
Fit only larger images to window L
Center images C

revelation of what now is obvious

Aha! Now I see that the settings for F3 Lister affect the settings for Control-Q QuickView. I deduce that they are the same program but differ only that F3 has its own window, whereas Control-Q is in a panel.

I am writing this to help newbies, and to invite power users to correct my
interpretation. Thanks
