Hi,
I've recently started using comments and found them really useful. The things, that I don't know how to search through the comments I've created.
Can I use the Quick Search functionality (Ctrl+S) to search through file's comments?
After searching for a bit, I know that I can search the comments field through Alt+F7: Plugins:tc:comment:containts:<search phase>, but it would be faster to be able to use the Quick Search feature.
I've also downloaded the Quick Search eXtended plugin, but I couldn't configure it properly so it would include the comments field in the search results (I don't even know if the plugin has this kind of functionality).
How to search "the comments" field with Quick Sear

Hi, trismarck. It has been already discussed. Basically download and extract CommentsWDX.wdx, modify tcmatch.ini with a proper path to the extracted file and you are good to go.
Also, the link in the referenced post is not properly encoded - download CommentsWDX.zip from this site. Feel free to ask, if you have more questions.

If you want to try a tool out of Quicksearch you can test "Kommentar-Suche"

Thanks for the responses. I've installed the comments.wdx file and the plugin works, but in a very strange way. If I add a new string (i.e. a 'cat') in a comment with Ctrl+Z and use the Quick Qearch feature to find the comment, it won't work. If I now restart tcmd or open the QSeX plugin properties window (and close the window) and after that use Quick Search again, the pattern is found within the comment text.
Could this be fixed so the plugin would work right after I edit the comment entry (edit the entry for a particular file)?
