TC 8 not refreshing correctly

Post by *sidefx88 »

Hi! I use TC 8.0 (32-bit, final) on Windows 7 x64.

I enter in a folder with some JPEG files, I press F3 to view some (I use Imagine 1.0.9, lister plugin). If I delete some pictures pressing [Del] (I disabled confirmation dialog), when I back to TC by pressing [Esc] the files I deleted are still there... I have to press [F2] to refresh manually.

In TC options, 'Refresh' section, I have all check boxes enabled, but none of them solves this little auto-refresh problem.

I guess it would be nice to add a new option in the Configuration > Refresh section... something like this:

[x] Refresh when files are created, deleted and renamed from plug-ins or external aplications

Maybe someone knows other way to solve this, or maybe this is a Imagine plugin bug. If not... I think it would very welcome to add my suggestion in a future release (please, confirm, so I add this suggestion in the right subforum).

Thanks in advance!
I Love Total Commander!

Check if you really have such config: http://iceimg.com/i/c9/4a/9250b5c44d.png
May be, you could miss something there.

Thanks, MaxX

I guess the option [Don't react to updates while in background] was disabled here.

It's working now! :)
