Create a Custom Column w/Directory Depth Level

Hi,
A plugin maybe needed for this:

I like to create a custom column that will give me the total depth level of subdirectories. When I highlight a folder say at depth level 1, I like to be able to see the total folder level depth while on level 1 directory. I have a plugin (FileX), it will give me the folder depth level, but only lets you know the level has you go down the folders, it good info, but I like to know the depth level of directories while at level 1. Hope it’s possible.
