Holded window becames freezed. Bug or feature?
When:
* dragging window with mouse;
* after pressing alt+space;
* scrolling with a LMB on right scrollbar;
* etc, ...
I get:
* frozen window untill movement/scroll action is complete.
As I see, that can be useful when I need temporary (for a while) pause working process to make background tasks work faster, but it's annoying when you really don't need to pause working process...
Is it bug or feature?

I don't know what I should be looking for. Are you talking about background/foreground operation dialogs, background operations inside TC's main window (folder refresh, ...) or something else?
That's why I asked for a step-by-step instructions.
What I tried: I started a copy operation in a standard foreground copy dialog (simple F5) and while the file was being copied, I tried to move the dialog on my screen. However the operation did not stop while I was doing that.

This is normal when the actual operation is performed in the foreground (user interface) thread. Total Commander uses a background thread only for some operations like copying, which you can then move to the background. Only such operations run separately from the user interface.
