i not see ".htaccess" files in ftp.
FtpShowHidden=1 setted

Some servers do not show hidden files when using MLSD, because MLSD doesn't support parameters like LIST. So to see them, you need to turn off MLSD in Ctrl+F - Edit, or configure the server to always show hidden files.

Also with MSLD turned off i not able to see the .htaccess file.

What about some other FTP client? FileZilla, etc... Just to test if there are any differences.

Then the server doesn't show them even when TC sends the right command:
LIST -la
