Files => Change Attributes => Change date/time
I'm unable to combine letters and numbers in input box.
If I understand well d,M,yyyy,hh,mm,ss represents original file attributes.
By replacing any of them I can modify just the selected part.
While I have two or more files selected the d.M.yyyy / hh:mm:ss is offered.
When I change whole date or whole time it works fain.
But when I would like to change just part of the date or time (day or month or year or hours or minutes or seconds) it doesn't work as I expect.
For example: set day to 30 : 30.M.yyyy, set year to 2011: d.M.2011, set minutes to 00: hh:00:ss

For more sophisticated date manipulations I recommend to use the Redate addon.
You can set each part individual, fix or increment / decrement it.

I think it is an exellent suggestion, to be able to mix new and old parts of date/time this way. And I don't think it would be very hard to implement.
Redate addon, can do it, but I think it would be much faster just to write your own redate mask like krapet suggests

Actually the Addtime addon is better suited for your case - just add 1 to the year.
