New Icons for TC

Hi,

I do not know if anyone ask this.
I would like to change the TC's icons, so please Could anyone tell me what I have to do this?

 Hello !

• This issue has been discussed many times...
• Currently, the simplest way to improve the icons of TC (folders, Zip etc. in the file-lists) is to use the Wcicolib.icl instead the icons embedded in the EXE.
• Available from the TC site under Addons :
https://plugins.ghisler.com/addons/wcicolib.zip
- Just place it in the TC-directory, and add in the file <wincmd.ini>

IconLib=%commander_path%\wcicolib.icl

• Further, you could create a similar icon-library whether you'ld have an appropriate tool, like IconWorkshop by Axialis™ or Microangelo™.
- You will have simply then to change the name with ...\MyIcons.icl

Hi jc_britos,

there are different ways to change the icons in the buttonbar, the drives buttonbar and the file list (main window)

First, you can get some custom Icons here:
- http://clubtotal.free.fr/
- Leftous has some nice Icons on his homepage, too

To change icons in...

1. Buttonbar
Simply right click any icon on the Buttonbar, select 'change' and choose your desired icon

2. Drives buttonbar
To have custom Icons here, you have to copy the custom Lib (e.g. 'DriveBitmaps.dll') to your TC Directory and add the following line to your wincmd.ini in the [Configuration] section: drivelib=%COMMANDER_PATH%\DriveBitmaps.dll

3. File list
Copy your downloaded file, e.g. 'Iconlib.icl' to yout TC Dir and add following line to your wincmd.ini in the [Configuration] section:
IconLib=%COMMANDER_PATH%\Iconlib.icl
