you need to install an external packer

I have searched for this topic, but was not able to find an answer.

Before installing 7 zip I could open archived file with TC. How could I cope with "you need to install an external packer"?

It sounds strange that you could open 7z files before installing 7Zip and can't after, it shouldn't break anything.

TC have no built-in 7z browser/unpacker, so can't open 7z at all w/o corresponding plugin like 7zip or Total7zip (second one uses 7z.dll from 7-Zip installation).

I have done the problem by unchecking everything in Configuration/Options/Packer
