Add cab packer via command line

Do it is possible to add a command line packer:
c:\WINDOWS\system32\makecab.exe /L "destfolder" "source.ext"
to use via cm_PackFiles?

As I see, makecab.exe is only able to compress single file. So it is pointless.

for this problem I could use tcbl.exe?

You can use Multiarc plugin for this problem. It starts console archivers and transferring their output to TC. But you will need to specify theese commands.
