Improve speed for countdircontent and quickview for folder

Today I tried a folder tree utitlity, WizTree.

This software use NTFS Master File Table (MFT) to calculate file size. The speed is much faster than the speed of countdircontent and quickview for folder. It's just like the difference between everything and locate32.

Is it possible that Total commander implement this method for countdircontent and quickview for folder?

Just imagine how much time and memory it will take to read entire MFT first... And, admin rights are required for such operation.
