Howto change colors drivecombobox

Post by *ComFly »

How can i change the colors in the drivecombobox. the problem is the background is nice dark blue, but the selectitem is almost invisible.
I would make the selectitem bar lighter from color.

Better would be whenyou can edit the colors for the drivecombobox in the settings. I think there's a bug, because the drivecobobox dont use the same colors as you set in the color -> background selector. Also the cursor colro is not used in the drivecombobox.

ANd the funny thing is, i have changed the color in the past some way, but its still very difficult for some reason.

This is a system setting.
E.g. for Windows 7:
Control Panel -> Personalization -> Window Color -> Advanced appearance settings... -> Items: Selected Items

Dark blue, with a barly visible selected item bar. would be nice if the color can be changed for total commander only. i dont think this windows option.

As I see, your combobox background color is set in TC while selection color is set in Windows.

I agree that it would be better to use TC cursor color instead of standard Windows one here.

The TWinKey plugin can change it. There are also many other options:

Single user license #329241
PowerPro scripts for Total Commander
