An option like Win8 Exploer's drop down buttons to copy, move selected files to favorite folders would be really useful.

I think small button in copy/move dialog with hotlist would be better, and it would solve your problem too.

Don't know, maybe with TWinKey (don't use it).

I tried it but TWinKey doesn't have such feature.

You can add buttons with favorite folders to the button bar, and then drag files or folders to the button to copy them to that location.
