How to troubleshoot a freeze?

Hi.

I like to use the "explorer delete method", but now it is freezing my TC (registered 8.0.1 on a Windows 8 x64) when I try to delete a file. Through Explorer I can delete without a problem; the same if I deselect the "explorer delete method" on TC.

How can I troubleshoot the cause?

You can use the ShellExView tool to disable context menu extensions (the command is started via a hidden context menu):
