There must be an way to stop posting from this spammer AaaFooksRegree.
Analysing his post shows that all contain some URL starting with buy...
So a script should be able to find such posts and remove them.

With spammers, you have to ban the IP address. There are ways around that too, but it does slow them down.

I guess asking to "stop this idiot named AaaFooksRegree" will not have too much effect at the moment.

Reason for my assumption:
Only the forum moderators can ececute the required steps.
If they read this thread they would certainly do so.
If they read this thread they would very likely have detected and removed the spam threads already without being asked to do so.

Conclusion:
None of the moderators has been available since the spamming activities started. Else they would have removed the spam threads. Hence this thread will not have any effect either.
We will have to be patient and ignore the spam threads till a moderator will come to the rescue.

I'm actually using the latest recaptcha - but this does not help agains human spammers!

Now I have deleted all the spam messages manually. Are there any regular forum users who would like to get the priviledge to ban users? You couldn't delete the spam, but you could at least stop the spammer from posting more...

Manually? In pphbb 3.x you can select one author and delete all of his postings.

If you delete or disable (as a test) the anti-spam forum you'll see if using this recaptcha is actually effective.
