Using a Windows 7 share (samba, read / write):

When copying files with Total Commander to the computer, does preserve the file timestamps, but not in the opposite direction.

Could this behavior be improved? It's a need for pictures and videos that don't have EXIF, where I rely on creation and modification time to arrange them and know when where taken.

This is unfortunately a known bug in Android: Due to a misconfiguration of the SD-Card, it's not possible to write the timestamp.

Unfortunately Google doesn't care at all about this bug. :(
