Filter files/directories with certain names

If i want for example sort out files/directories with the name "the" and "and" and showing the rest, how do i do that?

Quick filter (resets when you change dir): Ctrl+S (you may tweak it under Configuration/Quick search).
Filter: Show/Custom...
Ignore list (warning, it will skip theese files/folders while moving/copying too): Configuration/Ignore list.
