When your system DPI = 96, it is (8x16)
When your system DPI >= 120, it is (10x20)

In case you don't know how to change system DPI, read this

They are the average width and height of a character of the system font, and therefore a measure for the current DPI value. They are retrieved with this function:
GetDialogBaseUnits
