Accessing Windows Phone 8 via USB [SOLVED]

I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 that runs Windows Phone 8. When I plug it into my system via a USB cable, I can see the phone in Windows Explorer. However, the phone does not appear anywhere in TC 8.01.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a TC issue?

Please click on the small triangle to the left of the current path, then on "Computer".
