The problem has finally been solved.
These problems makes this option entered in the configuration: IconOverlays=1
I deleted this item and is already becoming a problem when deleting a directory given me not once.
Even i have no idea what this option is used.
Thank you for the help and sorry for the inconvenience.

Ughh... that sounds more like a 3rd party tool (which provides icon overlays) gets confused somehow.
Do you know which of your installed software provides icon overlays?
(For example, revision control software often uses icon overlays to signal status of files. But there are many other software for other purposes which provide icon overlays as well.)
If i were you, i would be very, very concerned about this situation where icon overlays could potentially lead to data loss. And i strongly suggest you take the time and check your installed software thoroughly.
In all likelihood TC is just the trigger for the screw-up, but not the root cause.
Please keep us (or rather Ghisler) informed if you find more information. Still, a small rest of uncertainty remains in what role TC played in the whole mess...

Info: http://www.ghisler.ch/wiki/index.php/Wincmd.ini

In ShellViewEx, if you filter by extension type, do not filter by type "Icon Overlay Handler" alone.
At least, filter by extension types "Icon Overlay Handler", "System" and "Unknown" (Options -> Filter by Extension Type).
Otherwise you will certainly miss shell extensions with icon overlay handlers...

Oh, two more things regarding ShellExView...
1. Make sure you display 32-bit Shell extensions (since you use 32-bit TC).
Options -> Show 32-bit Shell Extensions
2. After you disabled (or enabled) Shell extensions in ShellExView, you must restart Total Commander. Only so it is ensured that the changes will take effect.

Could you please test the following two things:
1. Turn on logging in menu Configuration - Options - Log file. This should log whether TC itself is deleting the wrong dir, or some third party program.
2. Could you repeat the operation in the video, but delete the empty "audio" directory instead of the non-empty "music" directory to which you moved the files?

Any news? Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the error, and I couldn't find anything in my code which may be the reason for the misbehaviour so far. Therefore I need more information...

It's again a week since my last message, but no reply. Are you still interested in a fix?

I'm sorry.
Since then, i've been here longer and did not register any additional problems.
In the meantime, i've been doing in the great schedules and uninstalled the PC almost all programs. I will soon install a new operating system.
I then booted an old backup of the TC and i have tested what you want to know. Set the IconOverlays=1 and i have not any problem. It worked without problems. So did any of the installed programs.
I think it could do installed Adobe Master Collection CS6, CorelDrax X4 or Microsoft Office. Neither one of them is already in the computer i have.
PS: But i have an old and a complete backup of your system disk image, so sometimes it can try again. If it ever again experience, so i write.

/ update 05/11/2013 /
So the fix.
I have not noticed that the old backup is version 8.01 TC.
I downloaded version 8.50 b5 and did a clean install.
I've tried it, what in that video. Now for the first time those directories erased. Nothing else has been written to the file.
Here is an extract from the log file (I created the directories DATA > audio > video and then act according to the video):
At the same time i noticed that the log file does not log this item at all (even when it is turned on): Create folders.
Also, the log file does not record transactions made with the mouse or Windows clipboard.
Once i clear this error message ran directory. In the log file failed to record anything. And then a window with the error message, which could not be close at all: Control deleted from background thread!
In another times again this error: Image: http://img706.imageshack.us/img706/9092/kajx.jpg
PS: These bugs have been deleting the directory as in the video.
