Split file name and speed info in background dialogs

Request from a Russian forum.

Currently in the background dialogs (copy/move, background transfer manager) the file name and transfer speed are displayed in turns at the same place. The suggestion is: display them on separate lines, so that they would be both visible at the same time.

I'm also not a fan of alternating lines. It's not practical and seems unnecessary. I get the idea of keeping window small, but it wouldn't have to be enlarged by too much, half a line would be enough. Because speed line looks like it will never have a problem fitting in dialog width minus buttons width, so it can be moved down a little.
