THis would be really helpfull on touch devices, for instance to execute commands saved on the commdns-history. As of now, I have to open the Touch Keyboard just to prese "Enter" and then close it again.

A double tap/double click on the command line will execute it.

Thanks for the quick answer. Indded it does. That solved my problem, but if you don't mind me saying it: that feature, in the way it works right now, is kind of "hidden" as it hard to discover or guess is there. At least for people used to Windows, where a double click on an text-input control is expected to "select all" by default.
A "Go" button, with a play arrow as icon, for instance, on the right side of the command field, will be more visible and intuitive.
