Forum registering: Disable Website & Signature fields!

I found this hack to disable Website & Signature while registering, as most spammers are using Website & Signature field to post their links.

I also searched for another hack to disable Website & Signature for new users with less than a specified number of posts and a specified number of days after registration but couldn't find.

It works now, cannot see Website & Signature field while trying to register.
